Professional Link Limited was
established in 1988 to provide an IT consultancy service
to small and medium size businesses within the West Midlands.
In 1989 the company was accredited to resell and support
Pegasus accounting software and has continued its relationship
with Pegasus (now a part of the System Union Group) and
its associated product range to date, currently specialising
in Pegasus Opera II along with its associated components
such as XRL (Excel Reporting Layers) and Instant Messenger.
Professional Link became accredited to resell and support
Sage Line 50 accounting software (previously Sage Sterling)
in 1995. Sage restructured their reseller channel in 2003
and the company maintained reseller status having gained
the required product and sales specialist qualifications.
Professional Link prides itself upon being able to offer
clients unbiased advise between the two largest accounting
software vendors in the UK to ensure that they advise and
deploy the correct solutions for your business. The company
employs personnel with technical and accounting backgrounds
and therefore it is able comfortably liase with clients
at all levels.
Providing a quality after sales service is paramount to
the company, ensuring not only a smooth implementation
and training process but continued support and assistance
throughout the lifespan of the solution. Support can be
provided over the telephone, by email or, depending upon
the communication infrastructure, by direct connection
to client servers.
In addition the company is able to create bespoke applications
using Microsoft Visual Basic, to fulfil specific client
requirements. Several applications have been successfully
completed in a wide variety of fields including a nightclub
entry system and a contact manager.
As well as our specialisation in accounting and bespoke
applications, the company has a dedicated hardware and
systems department. This department is primarily responsible
for evaluating and recommending enhancements to clients
computer systems. Professional Link is able to supply and
install most brand name computers and peripherals as well
as assemble computers in-house to their client’s
exact specifications.
Professional Link operates a proactive training schedule
for its entire staff to ensure that they are kept up to
date with the latest technology. |
